Delivery

If the products you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch your order within 48 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.


All of our orders are delivered by Parceline and Parcelnet and, typically, deliveries will be made during office hours (9am-6pm, Monday to Friday). For orders made using our Premium service, we will require a signature to confirm receipt of the order.


The first time you shop with us, your order will be delivered to your billing address (the address where your payment card is registered). After your first order, you can use an alternative delivery address e.g. your work address or a friends house.


Delivery Options

Mainland UK STANDARD DELIVERY within 7 working days at £3.50 per order

Mainland UK PREMIUM DELIVERY within 3 working days at £5.50 per order

Northern Ireland and UK Off-Shore within 10 working days at £9.00

Republic of Ireland within 10 working days at £9.95


The delivery charge is per order, not per item. Delivery charges are non-refundable.


Packaging

All orders are dispatched in an outer cardboard box for protection which is then sealed in a polythene bag to prevent water damage.


Returns

If the shoe fits....wear it and be proud. If not (or you simply do not like it) send it back to us.


We want you to be entirely happy with your PriceLess purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn product to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods.


Returns made after the 28 day window will be refunded using Gift Vouchers for the current retail value. Vouchers are redeemable instore (not online).


Returns can be taken to any PriceLess store or by post, in the original packaging including the outer box and polythene bag, to:

For returns made by post, you are responsible for the postage costs (returning to store is free). If the product is faulty then we will refund the cost of postage.


The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
