Delivery Information

Please note that working days are Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Typically your order will be dispatched on the next working day after you have placed your order.

The delivery charge remains the same regardless of the number of items ordered.

Currently we only deliver to mainland UK, Southern and Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to deliver outside these areas or to BFPO or PO BOX addresses.

Returns

We want you to be entirely happy with your Priceless shoes purchase. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, please return the same, unworn product to us within 28 days of delivery and we will refund the cost of the goods.

Returns can be taken to any Priceless store or sent by post, in the original packaging including the outer box, to:

For returns made by post, you are responsible for the postage costs, however it is free to return you item to store.
